As a fraternity we believe that brotherhood is the most important thing to have.  Our brothers are a close knit group of friends. Many of us have our best friends in the fraternity. Due to this, we go out of our way to make use of what little free time we have by hanging out and enjoying one another’s company.

Towards the beginning of each semester, we go on a retreat to a place where we can relax and learn about our newest members, hang out with our close friends, and catch-up with the guys we haven’t seen over the break.  Typically, we choose an isolated location such as a mountain cabin, riverfront campground, or lakeside house where we can better focus upon improving our brotherhood.  During the weekend, we take part in many activities including team building exercises and bonfire story telling. We always have a good time and come back feeling relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the semester.

Outside of the retreat, we hold brotherhood dinners about once a week where we will meet up at a restaurant around campus or at a brother’s place for dinner. This gives us a chance to take a break from schoolwork for a while and to keep up with the brothers that you may not see everyday.

Whether it’s a retreat, dinner, or just a plain old tailgate for a football game we enjoy spending time with one another and strengthening the bonds of brotherhood.
